These terms

These terms are for consumers: people buying for personal use, not for business. If you’re buying for a business, please contact us first.

Placing an order

  1. Add the items you want to your bag and go to checkout.
  2. Check your order, the total price and the delivery charge, then place your order.
  3. We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received your order. This isn’t yet acceptance.
  4. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched, or is ready to collect.

If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there’s an obvious pricing error, we’ll tell you and won’t charge you, or we’ll refund you in full if you’ve already paid.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials such as leather and suede vary from item to item. Sizes are UK sizes unless we say otherwise. See our size guide.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
  • The delivery charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
  • We accept payment in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, Blockonomics. The currencies available are shown at checkout, and the amount to pay is worked out from the price in pounds when you place your order. We don’t currently accept card payments.
  • Your order is paid once the payment is confirmed on the network, which can take some time. We won’t send your order before then. If no payment has been seen after 24 hours, we cancel the order.
  • Pay the exact amount shown. If you pay less, your order won’t go ahead until the rest arrives. We’ll email you, and you can send the rest to the same address or contact us. Any fee charged by your wallet or the network for sending your payment is yours to pay.
  • Crypto payments can’t be reversed once sent. Refunds are explained in Returns and Refunds.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery options, charges and timescales are set out on our Delivery Information page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they’re delivered to you or to someone you’ve nominated.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our returns policy gives you longer: 30 days. See Returns and Refunds for how to return items, refund timescales and who pays for return postage.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund. Our Returns and Refunds page explains how this works. Nothing in these terms affects these rights.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

Reviews

If we ever display customer reviews, they’ll be genuine reviews from real customers. We’ll never publish fake reviews, or remove genuine reviews because they’re negative.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in the Northern Irish or English courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.
