The free-delivery threshold applies to the order total after any discounts. Your delivery charge is always shown in your basket before you pay.

When will my order be dispatched?

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England, because we dispatch from London. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

  StandardExpress (mainland)

  UK Standard and UK Express are available to all mainland addresses in England. The Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25) and the Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41) receive UK Standard at the same price. Please allow 1–2 extra working days. Express is not available to these addresses.

• Scotland Details →

  StandardExpress (mainland)No remote-area surcharge

  UK Standard and UK Express are available to mainland Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Dundee.

  Addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands receive UK Standard at the same price as the rest of the UK. There is no remote-area surcharge. Please allow 1–2 extra working days. Express is not available to these postcodes. The postcodes this covers include HS, IV, KW and ZE, and parts of AB, FK, KA, PA and PH. Checkout shows which options are available for your postcode.

  Scottish bank holidays (such as 2 January, the first Monday in August and St Andrew’s Day) can add a day to carrier deliveries in Scotland.

  StandardExpress

  UK Standard and UK Express are available to every address in Wales, from Cardiff and Swansea to Anglesey and Pembrokeshire, at the same prices and timescales as the rest of mainland Great Britain.

• Northern Ireland Details →

  StandardExpressNo import duties

  UK Standard is available to every Northern Ireland address (BT postcodes) at the same price as the rest of the UK. Please allow 1–2 extra working days. Express is not currently available to Northern Ireland.

  Northern Ireland is part of the UK market for our orders. Prices include UK VAT, and there are no import duties or customs fees for you to pay when you order from us. Any paperwork the carrier needs is handled by us.

  Northern Ireland bank holidays (St Patrick’s Day on 17 March and 12 July) can add a day to carrier deliveries.

Where we don’t currently deliver

If something goes wrong

• Your parcel hasn’t arrived

  Check your tracking link first. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of the expected date, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund if it’s lost.

• Your parcel arrives damaged

  Please tell us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo. Goods remain our responsibility until they’re delivered to you, so we’ll put it right.

• You weren’t in

  The carrier will leave a card or message with redelivery or collection options. Parcels the carrier can’t deliver are returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
