Try boots on in London
Cowboy boots fit differently from everyday shoes, so many people like to try a few pairs first. Our store at 27 Mortimer Street, in Fitzrovia, is a short walk from Oxford Street. It’s open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm.
In the store you can compare toe shapes and heel heights side by side, try felt and straw hats, and get help with sizing. If you’ve already ordered online, you can choose free collection at checkout and try your boots on when you pick them up. Plan your visit.
Delivery across England
Every order is sent with tracking. Because we dispatch from London, orders go out on English working days, usually within 1 working day of being placed.
- Mainland England, from Cornwall to Northumberland, can choose UK Standard or next-working-day UK Express. That includes cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Liverpool, Newcastle and Sheffield.
- The Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25) and the Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41) receive UK Standard at the same price, with 1–2 extra working days. Express isn’t available to these addresses.

Choosing boots for a day out
A lot of first pairs are bought for a specific occasion: a festival, a wedding, a line-dancing class or a country music night. If you’ll be on your feet for hours, a lower roper or walking heel and a round or square toe are the most comfortable choices. Save a taller riding heel and a pointed toe for shorter evenings. Yes. Bring the item and your order confirmation to Mortimer Street during opening hours. In-store returns are free. See returns and refunds.
Do you deliver to the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly?
Yes, by UK Standard at the usual price. Please allow 1–2 extra working days. Next-day Express isn’t available to island postcodes.
How quickly can I get boots in the north of England?
Order UK Express by 1pm, Monday to Thursday, for delivery the next working day to mainland addresses, including Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle. UK Standard takes 2–4 working days.
