Visiting the store

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes. Our store is at 27 Mortimer Street, London W1T 3BL. It’s open Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm, and closed on Sunday. You’re welcome to come in and try boots and hats on. Plan your visit.

Can I order online and collect in store?

Yes. Choose Collect from our London store at checkout. Collection is free, and we’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 working day.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to every address in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don’t currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

UK Standard tracked delivery is £4.95, or free on orders of £100 or more, and takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. UK Express is £9.95 for next-working-day delivery to mainland Great Britain when you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Full delivery information.

Do customers in Northern Ireland pay customs charges?

No. Northern Ireland orders are charged UK VAT like the rest of the UK, and there are no import duties or customs fees for you to pay. Please allow 1–2 extra working days for delivery.

Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Returns at our London store are free. For postal returns of items you’ve changed your mind about, you pay the return postage. Faulty items are always our cost. Full returns policy.

Can I exchange boots for a different size?

Yes. Return the original pair and tell us the size you’d like. If it’s in stock, we’ll send it with free delivery once your return arrives.

Paying

How can I pay?

We accept cryptocurrency, through our payment provider Blockonomics. The currencies available are shown at checkout. We don’t currently accept card payments.

When is my order confirmed?

Once your payment is confirmed on the network, which can take some time. If no payment has been seen after 24 hours, we cancel the order.

How do crypto refunds work?

We refund the full pound amount of what you bought, in the same cryptocurrency, at the rate on the day we send it. See Returns and Refunds.

Sizing and fit

What sizes do you use?

Most of our boots are listed in EU sizes. Each product shows its size system next to the sizes available. Hats are sized by head measurement in centimetres or by the maker’s sizes. If you’re not sure which size to choose, contact us before ordering.

How should cowboy boots fit?

Snug across the instep, with room to move your toes and a little heel lift when you walk, which settles as the leather softens. Our size guide explains how to measure and what a good fit feels like.

How do I find my hat size?

Measure around your head just above your ears and eyebrows, where the hat will sit. Our size guide converts your measurement into hat sizes.

Prices

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. All our prices are shown in pounds and include VAT where it applies, and the delivery cost is shown before you pay.

Care

How do I look after leather cowboy boots?

Brush off dirt, wipe with a damp cloth, let them dry naturally away from heat, and condition the leather every few months. Our boot care guide covers leather, suede and wet-weather care.

How should I store a cowboy hat?

Rest it upside down on its crown, or in a hat box, so the brim keeps its shape. Our hat care guide explains how to clean felt and straw hats.
