No customs charges or surprise fees

Northern Ireland is part of the UK, and we treat your order exactly like an order from anywhere else in the UK. Prices on our website include UK VAT, and there are no import duties, customs charges or handling fees for you to pay when your parcel arrives. Any paperwork the carrier needs for parcels from Great Britain is handled by us.

Delivery times to Northern Ireland

• UK Standard is available to every BT postcode. Allow 1–2 extra working days on top of the usual 2–4. It costs the same as anywhere in the UK, and it’s free on orders over £100.
• UK Express isn’t currently available to Northern Ireland.

Orders are dispatched from London, usually within 1 working day, and you’ll get a tracking link by email. Northern Ireland has its own bank holidays, including St Patrick’s Day (17 March) and 12 July, when carriers may not deliver, so allow an extra day around those dates. The Republic of Ireland

We don’t currently deliver outside the United Kingdom, so we can’t send orders to addresses in the Republic of Ireland, including addresses just across the border. Orders must be delivered to a Northern Ireland (BT) address.

Returning items from Northern Ireland

Our returns policy is the same across the UK: you have 30 days to return an item. Post it back to us in London using a tracked service. Your deadline is based on when you send the parcel, not when it reaches us, so the longer journey doesn’t count against you. If an item is faulty, we cover the return postage. See returns and refunds.
