One delivery service for all of Wales

Wales is part of our mainland delivery area, so you get the same options and prices whether you’re in the middle of Cardiff or on a farm in Ceredigion:

• UK Standard takes 2–4 working days, and it’s free on orders over £100.
• UK Express delivers the next working day when you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday. That includes Anglesey and Pembrokeshire.

Orders are dispatched from London, usually within 1 working day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Full details are on our delivery information page.

Looking after boots in a wet climate

Wales sees a lot of rain, especially in the hills and along the west coast, and boots that get wet often need a little extra care:

• Choose smooth leather if you’ll be out in all weathers; it copes with rain far better than suede.
• Condition leather every couple of months through autumn and winter, so it stays supple and water-resistant.
• After a soaking, stuff your boots loosely with paper and let them dry at room temperature, away from the fire or radiator.

Boots for riding and outdoor days

If you ride, work outdoors or spend weekends walking, a lower heel and a sturdier sole make more sense than a tall riding heel. Roper boots have a low heel and a round toe, and Western work boots add a broader toe and a thicker, grippier sole. Both are in our Western boots range.
